Gear S3 Frontier: Features, Colors, Price and Reviews
The Samsung Gear S3 arrived to replace the Gear S2. Among its main novelties are a new design more inclined towards the classic (although it is slightly larger, with 46mm diameter), a larger battery with an approximate duration of 3 days and a combination of functions typical of smartwatches and activity monitors.
In order to improve the monitoring capabilities of the Gear S3, Samsung included a GPS module and a heart rate sensor, both connected to the Samsung Health application. There is also an LTE version if you want to receive calls or text messages directly on the clock and without the need for a mobile phone.
While the Gear S3 is not as waterproof as the Apple Watch (which is recommended for swimmers), this smartwatch comes with the versatility of Wear OS and support for offline playback of Spotify or various Under Armour applications. However, Gear S3 runs the Tizen operating system.
